We start the day with experiencing this ancient prehistoric site and learn about the fascinating history, folklore and legends.
Rollright Stones
Bourton-on-the-Water
We move on to the iconic “Little Venice” of the Cotswolds and explore the village early in the day to beat the majority of tourists! There’s plenty of time to explore, take photos and possibly visit one of the many attractions on offer.
Our final stop before lunch is a peaceful, authentic hidden gem centred around a classic village green and tucked away from the bustling tourist trails.
Guiting Power
We next stop for lunch and sightseeing in this historic market town. Again, we have plenty of time to explore the historic streets and shops, as well as grab lunch at one of the multiple options.
Stow-on-the-Wold
Broadway Tower
After lunch we move on to one of the highlights of the day with an optional guided visit inside the folly tower (entrance fee not included) to take in the panoramic views across the Cotswolds.
Great Tew
Before heading back to Banbury, we break up the journey by unwinding in one of England’s most picturesque villages. Time to explore and take some final photos of picture perfect thatched cottages with dark ironstone architecture.
